Install Creative Cloud • Join Team Account • Keep Personal Storage
Click Download Creative Cloud and wait for the installer to finish downloading.
Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions. Enter your Adobe ID when asked.
Once installed, Creative Cloud Desktop App will open automatically.
Click your profile avatar (top right) → Sign Out.
Re-enter your email and password to sign in again. During login, click Join Team.
When asked about file storage, select Keep files in Personal Storage to keep your personal cloud separate.
Choose the team profile: Team. Now you are using the team license.
You can see the authorized apps through the apps in the left-side menu.
Click "Manage Account" in the top right corner
Click to Edit account
Click to add a secondary email.
Fill in the email address provided by customer service
Log in to Gmail using the account and password provided by customer service.
Enter the verification code provided in email
